Credit/Debit Card payments are our most popular method
used to quickly transfer funds to and from your trading
account. Below you will find lots of useful information
relating to funding and withdrawing successfully from
your FxPro Trading Account.
FxPro do not charge for the transfer of funds however
sending receiving providers may charge the payment in-line
with their current fees. FxPro will always deposit your
trading account with the net amount received into our
banks.
If your payment is from a company card that does not
bear your name, we will be unable to accept the payment
until you have provided us with the relevant company
documentation proving yourself as an authorized user
of the card. Failure to do so may incur delays in payment
processing while we verify the source of payment and
may result in the return of the funds back to their
source which will incur further charges.
Once you have deposited by Credit/Debit Card, current
regulatory procedures stipulate that you must withdraw
in exactly the reverse order as deposits, please see
below example:
Example:
Client opens Trading Account and uses:
Card “A” and deposits $200 + $500 + $300
= total $1000
Card “B” and deposits $1000 + $500 = total
$1500
This means that Card “A” has deposited
a total of $1000 however withdrawals to this card should
come in the form of -$200 -$500 -$300 to make the total
of $1000
Similarly Card “B” must withdraw - $500
-$1000 making the total of $1500
Withdrawals should not be requested for amounts in
excess of previous deposits.
Only once all previous deposits by card have been
withdrawn back to the card used may any other funding
method be offered for withdrawal.
For prompt processing, we would appreciate it if you
could send your withdrawal requests in amounts matching
previous deposits.
For some deposits and extremely common for withdrawal
we may ask for all card copies previously used for deposit
for verification, if this is the case, please black
out all numbers on the front of the card apart from
the very first digit, and the last 4 digits. For the
back side copy, please cover the 3 digit CVV2 number
(security code) scan a clear colour copy and send to
Accounting@FxPro.com
If you are unable to provide a card copy, (lost/stolen/expired
card) please provide either the credit card statement
clearly showing the card number and your name or a letter
from your local branch confirming prior ownership of
card.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We are required by law to keep up to date records of
all of our client’s and their documentation. In
order to execute a withdrawal request and to avoid any
misunderstanding we must have on record the following
documents:
- Valid Proof of Identity
- Valid Proof of Residence
- Proof of Signature (if not contained in ID document)
Failure to provide any of the above documents may result
in delays of payment processing.
