| PayPal is a great way to safely transfer funds to and
from your trading account. Below you will find lots of
useful information relating to funding and withdrawing
successfully from your FxPro Trading Account. FxPro
do not accept payments from a third party, i.e. any
person other than the account holder. Therefore, for
your convenience, you must ensure that your "PayPal
Name" and "PayPal email address" match
that of your trading account. If you do use a different
email address other than the one registered to your
trading account you must inform our accounting department
at Accounting@FxPro.com prior to the transfer so that
we may add your PayPal email to your account. Failure
to do so may incurr delays in payment processing while
we verify the source of payment.
If your payment is from a company account we will be
unable to accept the payment until you have provided
us with the relavent company documentation proving yourself
as beneficial owner of the company.
Immediately after sending funds you will receive an
automatic email from PayPal showing transaction details
and the total amount of funds sent. PayPal will charge
your payment in line with their current fees before
depositing the funds to our account. We will always
deposit your trading account with the net amount of
funds received in our account.
Payments by E-Check from PayPal will be treated as
any other cheque and will require 5-7 working days to
clear into our account.
Occasionally and particularly for larger transfers,
deposits may be held by PayPal awaiting their verification.
In such cases we must await PayPal's release of the
funds to us in order to credit your trading account.
Withdrawals must be made back to the same PayPal account
used to deposit, furthermore accounts funded by PayPal
may be restricted to withdraw by PayPal up to the amount
deposited before allowing the use of any other method.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In order to execute a withdrawal request we must have
on record the following documents:
- Valid Proof of Identity
- Valid Proof of Residence
- Proof of Signature (if not contained in ID document)
Failure to provide any of the above documents may result
in delays of payment processing.
